Vapor Tech produces soil-pollution neutralizers that encapsulate and deodorize foul odors and VOC emissions when pollutants, such as benzene, toluene, sulfide, other aromatics, light oil, mercaptan, and H2S, leak or flow from equipment and machines onto the soil and the floor of a factory. They are sprayed or sprinkled in polluted areas, thus being able to immediately reduce emission rates drastically and penetrate into soil, and to remove foul odors and VOC emissions. Our soil-pollution neutralizers will surely eliminate complaints from factory workers and surrounding dwellers. We will allow you to visit our facilities and to take a look at the results of domestic studies (sensitive environmental projects) conducted. The following is the results of case study conducted by the United States

01. D - 100 S
Water-Based degreaser.
* To be used when solvents and other light oils have polluted the soil
* Dilute more than ten times in water and use afterwards.
* When odors are extreme, dilute it in water at the ratio of 1:3 to1:5 between the degreaser and water.
* Soak the polluted part in water for 10-30 minutes, then wash it with water. If necessary, repeat this procedure.

02. D - 300 S
* Similar to or stronger than D-100 S, it has a concentrated encapsulator and masking agent.
* It also contains detergents. Reducing solvents, hydrocarns, and VOC emissions make it capable of preventing fire.
* It contains a powerful deodorant.

03. C - ST
* A unique blend of encapsulation agents and specialized detergents, it drastically removes organics and hydrocarbons.
* It drastically reduces the LEL level within 12 hours after its application. Within the first 30 minutes, it reduces the LEL level by 60%.
* Wet the polluted area sufficiently, and if possible, use it in foam.
* Dilute it with water at the ratio of 1:5 to 1:20 between C-ST and water before use.
* It produces its maximum effect within 12~24 hours after its application.(Please refer to the results of the case study.)

04. M - 200 S
* To be used when H2S, mercaptans, and sulfur-based compounds have polluted the soil
* If it will be mixed with a light bleaching solution, the mercaptans and combined foul odors can be removed by diluting it with water at the ratio of 1:4 between M-200 S and water and then using it.

05. F - 400 S
* To be used when acrylates (ethyl, methyl, buthyl acrylate, MMA, isobuthyl acrylate, etc.) have polluted the soil
* It can be diluted with water, and the reaction is completed within 10~30 minutes after its application.
* It can be diluted with water at the ratio of 1:4 between F-400 S and water and can afterwards be used.
