Vapor Tech manufactures chemical agents in which solvents and hydrocarbons bind each other. As the chemical is absorbed, vapor pressure and flammability begin to drop. The LEL level of most hydrocarbons, including benzene, toluene, EDC, xylene and gasoline, usually drop to zero within 24 hours. After this reaction, it becomes safe to enter covered areas such as tanks, and offensive odors such as those of solvents and VOCs are eliminated.

 

01. C-XT [Carbonil XT] ACID)
* Eliminates offensive odors such as those of heavy hydrocarbons, solvents and VOCs

* In the case of S company in Gumi, Kyungpook, its RCHO was reduced from 2,200 ppm to 200 pmm according to its G/C analysis, and its frequency of 10,000 times was reduced to 440 times, as measured with an air dilution olfactometer after a spray was used.
* After the scrubber was tested for one month in K factory within a petroleum complex in Ulsan, its 980 was reduced to 280, as measured with an air dilution olfactometer.
* At C factory within the Yeocheon industrial complex, offensive odors disappeared after the substance was used continuously.
After inputting of the diluted product into the scrubber water, its of 1,140 times was reduced to 360 times, as measured with an air dilution olfactometer. Moreover, its AN 35 ppm was reduced to 1 ppm, and its styrene, from 127 ppm to 11 ppm, as analyzed via G/C analysis.
* After the scrubber was sprayed in S factory in Suwon, its MeOH was reduced from 150 ppm to less than 11 ppm
* After the pump section of P factory in Gwangyang was sprayed with the substance, its benzene was reduced from 45 ppm to 2 ppm, as measured with an adhered analyzer.


02. C-ST [Carbonil ST]
* Similar to Carbonil XT, but odor-free
* Can eliminate offensive odors from soil and VOCs
* Used for fire emergencies in the U.S.


03. F-400 [Formular 400]
Acrylate neutralizdtin chemical.
Made specifically t chemically neutralize monomes such as ethyl acrylate, MMA, methy aerylate, bthyl adryate, isobthyl acrylate, and others.
Contains specialized accelerators which quickly acrylate into non - odorous salrs
Exellent for use in vapor scruber system.
Non-foaming Not a masking agent.

* Neutralizes and encapsulates offensive odors such as acrylate-type odors
* Has superior efficacy in cleaning oily acrylates and their residues
* Can be used diluted in water. Completes the reaction within 10-30 minutes
* Is washed away after the reaction is completed (has better efficacy with agitation)
* Used in tank cleaning, line cleaning, spill cleaning and decontamination
