We are looking into the possibility of investing on equipment such as RTOs, RCOs and Bio-filters to solve fundamental problems such as stench and VOCs. These problems are not easy to solve, however, since we have to consider human strength and other requirements for such a high level of investment.

has After visiting 200 factories nationwide to consult with those in charge of the environment, production, technology and quality and after performing direct tests, Cleantec Co. discovered that strength or VOCs can be lowered 500 times by an air dilution olfactometer and can be decreased by more than 90% by a G/C or portable analyzer.

In the past, the common way of solving the stench problem was just to cover it up with another smell.

This method uses a masking agent to paralyze the sense of smell. It was recently proven that a deodorant that contains natural essence oil works as a masking agent and that the concentration of exhausting gas is partly removed at ppm or ppb.

An air dilution olfactometer detects the odor itself, so it cannot be used in factories.

The site test showed that a portion of the occurring part produces up to 30 stench substances and 50 in the worst cases. Cleantec Co. provides odor control chemicals that are dissembled into water or organic salt by microorganisms when they slowly fall down to the atmosphere, because after their adsorption on the physical level with stench or after the VOC molecules' neutralization, they change into relatively heavy macromolecules. We produce chemicals that reduce the LEL levels of solvents, including BTEX, gasoline and hydrocarbons, down to zero within 24 hours. These chemicals make it possible to go in and out of the tank. We also manufacture neutralization agents that react rapidly, and strong industrial cleansing products that eliminate oil, synthetic resin, PCB and sticking stuff.

Cleantec Co. uses the Pilot Scrubber (1.2 x 0.7 x 1.7 m) Spray System for its site test and its supporting experiment for a week to a month.
